What are period panties?
Menstrual panties are washable and reusable underwear that contain an absorbent and leak-proof protection system. They are used in addition to or instead of traditional period protection.
For those who are tired of tampons or intravaginal protection , these panties are a pleasant and comfortable alternative throughout their periods. Menstrual panties are anti-odor, anti-leak and anti-anxiety, but also aesthetic, ecological, machine washable, healthy and absorbent.
How do menstrual panties work?
Removable leg straps allow for easy washing and drying. These briefs offer 12 hours of protection thanks to just a few millimeters of integrated, undetectable fabric. The protective construction has been precisely engineered to utilize the entire surface of all fabrics. So, how does it work beneath the seams?
The first layer of fabric is the panty liner, which is the part that lets liquids pass through. It drains the liquid to the absorbent part via a few millimeters of soft, breathable fabric. This is where you stay dry and breathe all day long!
The absorbent material is then placed over the other components. It will absorb the flow quickly, continuously, and in varying amounts depending on the panty. In fact, it comes in several flow options: light to medium and heavy. This part "contains" the blood during use before being washed in cold water and rinsed again.
Finally, the waterproofing effect of menstrual panties, which is created by the membrane that surrounds the inside, will help ensure leak-proof security (and that's the goal!). While waiting to put on new underwear, stains are prevented on your panties thanks to the PUL fabric.

What are the benefits of period panties?
The main advantage was finding an alternative that was both pleasant and beneficial for plants (i.e., without the chemical residue that "classic" periodic treatments leave on the skin). The panties are smooth and feel like a hug on the skin.
Another advantage is that these panties are more environmentally friendly. A woman who menstruates 12 or 13 times a year, which represents 3,500 days in her lifetime, throws away an average of 130 to 150 kg of menstrual protection (tampons, pads, applicators) each year.
Is it true that the number of women in your organization is equal to or greater than the number of men? Let's see if we can answer that question! Menstrual panties are reusable and last for years. So, let's just let it be and save the turtles instead of using disposable protection?
Where can I find cheap period pants?
First of all, be aware that many brands offer discounted packs of menstrual panties on their websites. The price decreases based on the number of items ordered, and most brands offer discounts for orders of two or more pairs. This can be a good option for someone who doesn't know where to buy period panties at a reasonable price.
Alternatively, private online sales offer period panties at lower prices, exclusively, and for a limited time. For brands, this is often an opportunity to resell unsold items at reduced prices throughout the year without much effort, which represents a boon for consumers. To buy these inexpensive period panties and view the panties on private sale, you must register on the website or app. However, there are currently no private sales platforms dedicated solely to period panties.
In most cases, these are websites or apps that offer a wide range of products. So, to easily find menstrual panty brands on private sale, you'll need to filter by category or use the search bar. You can usually also see upcoming brands and enable notifications to be notified as soon as the sale begins.
